Cancellations

•⁠ ⁠Orders can be canceled free of charge up to 4 days before the planned catering date.

•⁠ ⁠Cancellations made less than 4 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value.

•⁠ ⁠Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will incur a cancellation fee of a 100% of the total order value.

Changes to the number of guests (maximum ±20%) can be made up to 24 hours before the catering date. After this point, further adjustments may not be accommodated.
