Delivery & Pickup Policy

We don't post parcels — we deliver fresh catering across Amsterdam, or you collect it from one of our kitchens. Here's how it works.

Where we deliver

We deliver catering throughout Amsterdam from our kitchens in Oost (Zeeburgereiland) and Zuid (WTC, Zuidplein). To see whether you're in our delivery area, enter your postcode in the delivery checker on the catering page — it'll confirm your nearest kitchen and the delivery cost before you order. Outside our usual range? Send us a message; we don't back down easily and can often arrange something or put together a custom quote.

Delivery costs

Delivery is calculated by distance from your nearest Bluey's kitchen and shown the moment you enter your postcode, so there are no surprises at checkout. Our minimum order for catering is €100.

When you'll get it

We cater from 4 days out, so please order with a little time to spare. When you place your order you choose your date and a delivery time window, and we deliver your order within that window. For last-minute needs, message us and we'll do our best.

Pickup

Prefer to collect? Pickup is free. Choose pickup when you order and we'll email you the moment it's ready, then swing by your chosen kitchen:

• Bluey's Zuid — Strawinskylaan 67 (Zuidplein, WTC), Amsterdam

Receiving your order

Please make sure someone's available to receive the delivery at your chosen time and location, and have a quick look over everything on arrival. If anything's missing, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us straight away so we can make it right (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more).

Large or special orders

Catering for more than 60 people, multiple drop-offs, or somewhere just outside our area? Get in touch and we'll sort a custom plan and quote.
