Need something special?
Please provide all dietary requirements and allergens no later than 72 hours (3 days) before the catering date. Any requests submitted after this timeframe may not be accommodated due to supplier lead times.
Cancellations
Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled free of charge up to 4 days before the planned catering date.
• Cancellations made less than 4 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will incur a cancellation fee of a 100% of the total order value.
Adjustments
Changes to the number of guests (maximum ±20%) can be made up to 24 hours before the catering date. After this point, further adjustments may not be accommodated.
