    Always. Every mixed box already comes with 4 veggie options. Want more? Switch the whole box to fully veggie, or grab a box of 10 packed with our veggie and vegan favourites — everything's clearly labelled.

    Mixed boxes (Sourdough or Focaccia) are the foolproof crowd-pleaser: we balance the fillings so there's something for everyone. If the whole room wants the same thing, order a single-filling box of 10.
    Can I see what's in each box, including allergens?

    Yes — hit "What's in it?" on any box for the full rundown of sandwiches, ingredients and allergens. Our kitchen handles allergens and, while we take great care, cross-contamination can happen, so always flag any allergies or dietary needs and we'll do our best.

    All our food is made fresh in our own kitchen, which handles all 14 major allergens — including cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, celery, mustard, sesame, lupin and sulphites. We take great care, but because everything is prepared in one kitchen, we can't fully rule out cross-contamination and can't guarantee any item is completely free from a given allergen.
