One of the core ingredients of our BLUEY's concept was to be a strong attribute to the community.
​This to us meant that it was highly important to work with local suppliers. 
As such when creating our menu we strived to incorporate some of the finest ingredients from some of the best suppliers Amsterdam has to offer. 
The people we work with are an integral part in helping us to be able to deliver such a high quality consistently and together we aim to provide you with a memorable experience.

Stooker Specialty Coffee

Located in Amsterdam East, Stooker Specialty Coffee are one of the finest coffee roasters roasting high quality specialty coffee in Amsterdam. With a wealth of knowledge and a high attention to detail from bean to brew, it was fairly simple when deciding which coffee we were going to serve at Bluey's. Ensuring not only the highest value for a quality product but maintaining a strong ethical connection to all parts of the supply chain process meant that we shared much of the same core values.

MOMA Liquid Landscapes

Maintaining a strong connection from local farmers to local consumers is integral to MOMA's mission. They provide local organic dairy products from the Amsterdam area directly to city for locals to enjoy. Bakkerij MAMA

High quality ingredients, attention to detail and a simplistic approach make Bakkerij MAMA our favourite bakery. Sourcing all of their flour from four Dutch mills producing only stone-ground flour, free from any additives or stabilisers enables them to produce  a consistently high range of delicious products. An award winning butcher located in Amsterdam East was the perfect choice when selecting a supplier for our produce. Purchasing their meats directly from the farmers ensures that Slagerij de Wit can operate sustainably and continuously provide only the highest quality ingredients. Operating as a "whole animal" butcher they ensure that nothing from the animal goes to waste and that high standard levels are maintained.
