Join us on a trip through Eastern Europe and the Caucasus in a hands-on fermenting workshop and learn techniques of preparing and naturally preserving foods. The workshop includes tasting samples, equipment and veggies for your jar to take home.
We will make Georgian cabbage, slightly salted pickles & pickled tomatoes!
